Yes. We can handle all relevant permits and approvals on your behalf, whether that involves your local council or a private building surveyor. We manage the process end-to-end so nothing is missed.

Can I customise the design?

Yes. We have an in-house draftsman who can adapt existing plans or create a completely custom design from scratch, depending on your needs.

How far do you deliver?

We deliver Australia-wide. We have worked with and quoted for projects in every state, including exploring delivery to Tasmania. While most of our builds have been in Victoria and New South Wales, we can support projects across the country.

Do you offer turnkey packages?

Yes. We offer complete turnkey solutions, including full furnishing. Your modular home can be delivered ready to live in, with furniture, artwork, décor and linen included.

How do I understand site limitations?

We can arrange an on-site visit to assess access, sizing constraints and any requirements such as crane use. This ensures your quote is accurate, with all costs considered upfront and no unexpected extras later.
