Built on experience, delivered with a hands-on approach

Federation – Modular Solutions is built on a foundation of practical building experience and a commitment to doing things properly.

As part of the Kennedy Builders network, we bring the same attention to detail, build quality, and accountability into every modular project.

Where it started

Our background comes from residential building through Kennedy Builders.

That experience shaped how we approach every project, with a focus on quality construction, considered design, and delivering outcomes that hold up over time.

Federation – Modular Solutions was created to bring that same standard into modular construction, with more flexibility and a more efficient process.

What we deliver

We work across a range of applications, including:

Each project is approached individually, with a focus on getting the details right.

We don’t approach modular as a fixed product.

Every project is designed around the client, the site, and how the space needs to function.

That means:

  • No off-the-shelf designs
  • No forced layouts
  • No one-size-fits-all approach

Just practical solutions that work properly in the real world.

From first conversation through to installation, we stay involved.

You’re not passed between departments or left coordinating different contractors.

We manage the process, keep things moving, and make sure the end result matches what was intended from the start.

Whether it’s a small secondary dwelling or a larger commercial rollout, every project is treated with the same level of care.

Consistent communication. Consistent quality. Consistent outcomes.
